A Night at Maize’s Place

A Night at Maize’s Place, staged for Dance through Time, depicted the world of social dance, historically, through a queer perspective, with the Company performing to live music. The venue was more intimate than spaces in which the Company had previously worked. With the more intimate experience the audience was drawn in and became more than passive observers.
